Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Bordô Híbrido - Unipessoal, Lda, NIF 519 333 675, Portugal ("we", "us"), trading as BH Solutions, an official Notion Solutions Partner. By engaging our services you agree to these terms. Contact us at notion@bhenriques.com

We design and build Notion-based workspaces, custom solutions, and templates for individuals, teams, and businesses. Each project is scoped and agreed in writing before work begins. We are an independent service provider and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Notion Labs Inc.

We are certified by Notion as a Solutions Partner. This means we have demonstrated expertise in Notion implementation. It does not mean Notion endorses our services or is a party to any agreement between you and us. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs Inc.

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Payment terms are specified per project. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if agreed payments are not received within 14 days of their due date.

For ongoing retainers or maintenance, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the Notion workspace content and structure we build specifically for you. We retain ownership of any reusable templates, frameworks, or components that are not exclusively developed for your project, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

You grant us the right to reference your project as part of our portfolio, unless you request confidentiality in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback during the project. Delays caused by late client input may extend agreed timelines. You are also responsible for maintaining your own Notion account and subscription.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data loss.

We are not responsible for changes to the Notion platform made by Notion Labs Inc. that affect the functionality of workspaces we deliver.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal. For consumer disputes, alternative dispute resolution is available through the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued engagement with our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
